During the power dance Monday evenings for men, fraternization, camaraderie, sharing, nurturing, and deepening within a safe environment are central.
From a powerful connection with yourself, you connect with other men. Therefore, it is beneficial for your body and soul to connect and sink into the energy field you create with each other.
We dance barefoot without steps.
Whether you are thin or fat, big or small, beautiful or find yourself less attractive, limber or stiff, a trained dancer or think you can’t dance is not essential.
